About ZERMAA™

How does ZERMAA™ work?

ZERMAA™ uses solar energy to charge during the day and automatically illuminates at night, creating a warm and realistic flame effect.

Does ZERMAA™ need batteries or electricity?

ZERMAA™ is solar powered and charges during daylight. No electrical wiring is required. The lantern also supports USB charging for additional convenience.

Does ZERMAA™ turn on automatically?

Yes. Once activated, ZERMAA™ automatically turns on when it gets dark and turns off during the day to recharge.

Where can I use ZERMAA™?

ZERMAA™ is designed for outdoor spaces such as gardens, patios, balconies, terraces, pathways, porches, and outdoor dining areas.

Is ZERMAA™ weather resistant?

Yes. ZERMAA™ is designed with an IP65 weather-resistant rating, making it suitable for outdoor use in rain and other weather conditions.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

All ZERMAA™ orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Spain.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where tracking is available.

How can I track my order?

You can use our Track Your Order page with your tracking number and delivery postcode to check the latest delivery updates.

Orders & Returns

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact us at support@zermaa.com as soon as possible and provide your order number and, where possible, photos of the product and packaging.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Eligible online purchases may generally be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
